Cohort 12 Is Enrolling: What the Twenty Days Actually Build
Cohort 12 begins on Monday 2 November and enrolment closes on Saturday 31 October. What the twenty training days produce, who it is built for, and who should choose a smaller door.
Cohort 12 of Remote Job Foundation Training begins on Monday 2 November at 8:00 PM WAT. Enrolment closes on Saturday 31 October at 8:00 PM WAT.
Before the dates, the more useful question: what do you have at the end that you did not have at the start?
Four things a global employer can read
A working remote operating system. Stage 1 is about how remote work is actually measured — reporting, focus, visible progress — so you can keep a role, not just win one.
Tool fluency you can show. Stage 2 covers the meeting, project and AI tools a distributed team assumes you already use on day one.
Writing that travels. Stage 3 is async communication: messages, updates and handovers that work across time zones without a follow-up.
Your search assets. Stage 4 builds the CV, LinkedIn presence and application approach, aimed at roles that can legally pay you.
What makes it different from the self-paced route
The curriculum is the same four stages as the ₦35,000 Self-Learn Pack. The difference is that your work is marked by a person, you get a verdict rather than a completion badge, and a cohort keeps pace beside you. The fee is ₦250,000.
Who should not join this one
If you cannot yet do the work the role requires, start with the free Capacity Audit. If your only problem is one document, a cohort is the wrong size of fix. If the fee would come out of essential money this month, the self-paced pack and the free layer are the honest answer.
If you are none of those, the details, the stages and the full list of what is included are on the Foundation Training page.
