Terms of Use

Effective 23 August 2026. Everything Remote Job is a trading name of Business Play Limited, Nigeria.

These terms distinguish public information from paid participant material. They do not make public webpages technically uncopyable; they state the licence and ownership governing use.

1. Public website

The public website is provided for information, diagnosis, enrolment and access to ERJ services. Unless otherwise stated, the text, graphics, frameworks, templates, curriculum structure and original materials on the site are owned by Business Play Limited.

2. Participant licence

When you buy or receive access to paid ERJ training or participant resources, you receive a personal, limited, non-transferable licence to use those materials for your own career development. Purchase does not transfer copyright or ownership.

3. What you may not do

share or sell participant login credentials;
forward restricted workbook, slide, template or resource links to another person;
upload paid materials to public drives, groups, marketplaces, social platforms or course libraries;
copy, repackage, teach, resell or redistribute ERJ paid curriculum or templates as your own product;
remove participant attribution or watermarking applied to protected materials.

4. Your own outputs

Your CV, portfolio, tracker entries, assignments and other career artefacts created from your own information remain yours. ERJ's underlying templates, rubrics and curriculum remain ERJ property.

5. Account access

Participant access is for the named participant only. ERJ may suspend access where there is credible evidence of credential sharing or redistribution while the matter is reviewed.

6. Outcomes and market timing

ERJ is accountable for the service or training it sells, including readiness, representation and—where a done-for-you service is purchased—the running of the agreed search. ERJ does not control employer hiring decisions or market timing and does not promise a job by a specific date.

7. Cohort reservation

A confirmed Foundation Training fit may reserve Cohort 10 with ₦50,000 credited toward the ₦250,000 tuition. A reservation may be moved to the next cohort or refunded on request, less applicable bank or payment service charges actually incurred.

8. Third-party services

ERJ may use Zoom, WhatsApp, Telegram, Google services, Paystack, Selar and other providers. Their own terms and privacy practices also apply when you use those services.
