1. Information ERJ may receive

Depending on how you use ERJ, this may include your name, email, WhatsApp number, occupation, target role, application/interview counts, CV or LinkedIn profile, payment evidence, cohort details and participant progress.

2. Why it is used

ERJ uses information to diagnose the correct job-search leak, respond to enquiries, confirm product fit, process enrolment, deliver training or done-for-you services, provide reminders, maintain participant access and measure business outcomes.

3. CV scanner and diagnosis

Where a page explicitly states that processing happens locally in your browser, ERJ does not upload that content merely to run the stated calculation. Information you later choose to send through WhatsApp, Zoom registration or another service is handled through that service.

4. Third-party platforms

ERJ currently uses services that may include WhatsApp, Zoom, Telegram, Google, Paystack and Selar. Information sent through those services is also subject to their own privacy practices.

5. Participant portal

The present static participant portal stores some participant state in the browser's local storage. This is not yet a server-side account system and does not provide automatic cross-device restoration. ERJ's long-term architecture is to move participant state into a proper account system.

6. Watermarking and access protection

Restricted participant pages may display a participant-specific licence identifier. It is used to discourage redistribution and establish which participant account a protected resource was issued to. The identifier is designed not to expose the participant's full email address.

7. Sharing

ERJ does not sell participant data to advertisers. Information is shared only as needed to operate the service, comply with law, process a transaction, or where you deliberately send information through a third-party platform.
