Can you do the work? Ten questions. Ninety seconds. Free.

Before anyone fixes your CV — can you do the job?

The Capacity Audit answers one question and refuses to answer any other: can you perform the work you want to be hired to do, at a basic employable standard? It does not score your CV, your job search, your eligibility or your interviewing. Those come after, and only after.

Ten questions about the work itself, scored out of ten, with a question-by-question action plan and a PDF report you can keep. Everything runs on your own device. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is stored, and no email is asked for.

Ten questions about the work itself.

Answer honestly. Nobody is watching, nothing is recorded, and a flattering score buys you nothing — it only sends you to spend money on the wrong repair.

What ERJ means by capacity.

Capacity is the minimum functional ability required to perform the ordinary responsibilities of a target role, using the basic tools of that profession, with reasonable independence and at an acceptable professional standard.

What it does not require

You do not have to be exceptional

Not ten years of experience. Not every tool in the profession. Not readiness for a senior role. The threshold is only this: there is something here that ERJ can position and take to market.

What is measured

Five dimensions, two points each

Functional knowledge, core task execution, tools and systems, professional judgement, and applied evidence. Two questions each, every answer worth nought, one or two — because yes-or-no lets people overestimate themselves.

The safeguard

One task you cannot score zero on

Every role family has a central task: reconciling the account, writing the code, producing the copy, resolving the customer. A zero there fails the audit whatever the total says. Six out of ten while unable to do the central work is the one result this instrument must never produce.

Capacity is one finger, not the whole hand.

No point is awarded or deducted here for CV quality, LinkedIn, interview performance, how many applications you have sent, whether you can find remote roles, job-board knowledge, salary negotiation, location eligibility or ATS formatting. Those are later problems and they have their own checkpoints.

A brilliant accountant with a terrible CV should score Capacity 9/10 and Representation: failing. That is exactly what we want, because it sends them to the repair that would actually change their month.

01 · Capacity
Can you do the work? This page. The gate for everything below it.
02 · Supply
Can you find enough suitable work?Whether real, eligible openings are reaching you at all.
03 · Representation
Can an employer see that you can do it?The CV, the profile and the proof. Scored by the 10-Point CV Self-Scan.
04 · Aim
Are you pursuing the right opportunities?Targeting, level and who can legally pay you where you live.
05 · Conversion
Can you turn interest into an offer? The interview, the evidence behind your answers, and the money.

Fix the earliest credible failure first.

Diagnose from left to right. A confirmed failure at an earlier finger must be addressed before a later one becomes commercially meaningful.

This also means we will tell you not to buy. If your capacity is not there yet, no ERJ product is the right purchase this month, and the audit says so in plain words rather than routing you to a payment page.

A self-scan is the first level, not the last.

Level 1 · today, free

Self scan

Ten weighted questions, immediate result. It is only as honest as your answers, which is why the questions describe behaviour rather than asking whether you are good at something.

Level 2 · on request

Evidence check

You send a sample, a project, a credential or a description of work you actually produced, and we assess the claim rather than the self-report. Ask on WhatsApp.

Level 3 · assessed

Practical capacity audit

A short field-specific task or scenario, scored by ERJ. The difference between “the person said they know Excel” and a verified capacity result.

Nothing leaves your device.

The audit is a small script running in your browser. Your answers are never sent to us, never stored, and disappear when you close this tab. There is no email field, no sign-up and no follow-up sequence. If you want a human to look at your result, you have to message us yourself.
