You can't be hired for work you can't yet do.
The leak looks like: you are not yet able to do the job itself, or you have never worked where nobody is watching. Either the skill is still being built, or the habits that let a stranger trust you with unsupervised work are.
You can't apply for a job you never saw.
The leak looks like: you cannot find real openings at all — or everything you find smells like a scam, is already closed, or was never open to applicants from here.
If your CV can't be read, you were never really in the running.
The leak looks like: you apply and hear nothing. Your CV, LinkedIn and portfolio either do not exist, cannot be read by the software that screens them, or do not say what you can actually do.
Applying everywhere isn't the same as applying where you'd get hired.
The leak looks like: you are applying — a lot — but at the wrong roles, the wrong companies, or into portals where the application dies. Volume without direction.
Interviews don't pay you. A signed offer does.
The leak looks like: replies come, even interviews come — but offers do not. Or the offer arrives and the money is wrong because nobody taught you to negotiate it.
