Cohort 10 begins tonight at 8:00 PM WAT. For registered participants, the first session is not the night to race into CV rewriting.
The first job is to establish the baseline
What does the current week look like? Where will focused work actually happen? What happens when power fails? What does 'done' look like at the end of a day?
A remote career is not held together by motivation. It is held together by repeatable work when nobody is standing over you.
Why the cohort starts upstream of the CV
A beautiful application can win an interview, but it cannot make someone reliable after hire. The operating system comes first because every later asset depends on the person being able to produce work, document it and finish it without constant supervision.
What participants should have tonight
- A calendar they actually use
- One current work or job-search responsibility to organise
- Their current CV saved as a baseline, not rewritten at the last minute
- A notebook or digital document for decisions, not just notes
