Tonight’s Remote Job Application Clinic: What We Will Fix in 75 Minutes

Tonight at 7:00 PM WAT, the Remote Job Application Clinic goes live on Zoom.

The aim is deliberately narrow: by the end of the session, you should understand how to look at a stalled search and identify the first point worth fixing.

0–12 minutes: the Five-Finger Model

Capacity, Supply, Representation, Aim and Conversion. We will use them as a diagnostic sequence, not as four unrelated tips.

12–39 minutes: real audits

We will look at actual search patterns and ask: what happened in the last thirty days, what evidence is available, and which point broke first?

The important discipline is not to prescribe training before the diagnosis is complete.

39–58 minutes: one real job advert

We will read a vacancy the way an applicant should: location eligibility, repeated requirements, real versus optional criteria, time-zone expectations and the evidence the CV would need to surface.

58–65 minutes: safe tailoring

Tailoring does not mean rewriting your history. It means positioning true evidence for the role in front of you and marking genuine gaps as gaps.

65–75 minutes: which door, if any?

Some people will need a free action. Some will need a CV fix. Some need the full Foundation build. Some are already employable and simply need the search run for them. Some are converting interviews and need a different kind of support.

That routing happens after the evidence, not before it.
