Which ERJ Door Is Yours? A No-Pressure Guide After the Diagnosis

The product ladder only makes sense after the leak is known. Here is how the free route, Self-Learn, Foundation, Done-For-You and Inner Circle differ without turning the choice into a quiz.

The ERJ website has several doors because people arrive with different problems. The mistake is comparing all of them before the diagnosis.

Stay free when the first action is enough

The diagnostic, CV Self-Scan, blog, live sessions and job channel are real tools, not a waiting room. If one of them gives you the next action and you can execute it yourself, spend nothing.

Choose Self-Learn when you need the method and can run yourself

Self-Learn is Stages 1–4 without the live cohort structure. It fits someone who wants the full method but can create their own schedule and finish without a room waiting for them each evening.

Choose Foundation when you need the full build with supervision

Foundation Training is the live Stages 1–4 route. It makes sense when the problem is broader than one document and outside review, deadlines and live delivery are worth paying for.

It is not the correct product for someone who is already fully represented and simply has no time to apply.

Choose Done-For-You when readiness is strong and execution is the bottleneck

This is the 'run the search' door: sourcing, tailoring and submission support for a person who can already stand behind the application and interview when the opportunity appears.

Choose Inner Circle when the work is already advanced and the need is private judgement

Inner Circle is private 1:1, application-first support at ₦250,000 once. It is not tied to a cohort countdown. Admission is a fit decision before payment.

What about a single stage?

A single stage can make sense when the leak is narrow and known. The reason to diagnose first is that a person with a Conversion leak should not buy Stage 1 because it is cheaper, and a person with a Supply problem should not buy Stage 4 because CVs feel tangible.

The simplest rule

Do not ask 'Which ERJ product can I afford?' first. Ask 'What is the earliest point that is failing, and how much help do I need to fix that point?'

That turns a catalogue into a route.

The correct outcome can still be: not this product, not now, or stay free. The ladder only works if those answers remain available.
