This tool is not public. Enter your access code — either the one issued with your enrolment, or a 30-day CV Engine pass.
Upload your current CV — or paste it as text — and the engine will pull it apart into fields you can edit. Nothing leaves your device — this page has no server and sends nothing anywhere; Word and PDF files are read entirely inside your browser. Or skip this and fill the form by hand in step 2.
One honest limit: a scanned PDF — a photograph of a printed CV — has no text layer, so nothing can be read from it. If that is what you have, use the paste box instead.
If your current CV is the problem, do not import it. Go to step 2 and build from the structure that scores.
Contact details go in the body of the document, never in a header or footer — many parsers ignore those entirely, which is how people apply anonymously without knowing.
This is the role you are positioning the CV toward. It is not a historical job title and does not change any title inside your employment history.
Three or four lines. Say what you do, name one measurable result, and make your remote capability explicit — autonomy, distributed teams, or cross-border delivery. Do not write "seeking an opportunity". That describes your need, not your value.
Every bullet should answer how many, and what changed. If you do not know the exact figure, estimate honestly and write "about" — an honest estimate beats no number, and no interviewer has ever challenged "about 60 tickets a day".
Keep remote collaboration tools in their own line — Slack, Zoom, Notion, Asana, Jira, Google Workspace. It is one of the ten scan points and it takes ten seconds.
Paste the job description. The engine identifies what the employer is asking for, shows which requirements your existing CV already supports, and flags what is still not evidenced. It will not rewrite achievements, move job history, change dates or invent experience.
This uses the vacancy to improve positioning without altering evidence. It can set your professional headline to the advertised role and bring relevant skills/tools forward. Your employers, historical job titles, dates and experience bullets stay exactly where you wrote them.
Green means it already appears in your CV. Tap a grey chip to confirm you genuinely have it — confirmed items are added to your skills line in the employer's own words.
Recruiters have become fast at spotting generated CVs. This pass flags corporate filler, passive constructions and phrases that appear on tens of thousands of other documents — then offers a plainer version. It never invents an achievement. Every suggestion only changes how your own facts are worded.
All three are ATS-safe in exactly the same way — single column, standard headings, no tables, no graphics, no text boxes, no columns, nothing in a header or footer. What differs is the section naming each market expects. Pick the one that matches where the employer is.
Single column, standard headings, plain-text contact details, no tables, no graphics, no text boxes. This is what a parser can read cleanly.
Download .docx for anything that asks for Word — it is a genuine Office file, not HTML with a Word extension. Print / Save PDF for everything else. Copy plain text when a portal gives you a paste box instead of an upload.
